Research

Selected teachers of grades 3-5 elementary mathematics will be paid $500 for work done outside the classroom. Please contact Dr. Rhine if you are interested in participating.

Responsibilities of selected teachers will include the following:

1. Complete a teacher participation agreement
2. Respond to weekly reflection questions for six weeks (2 questions per week)
3. Acquire video release forms from all participating students
4. Collaborate with project staff to videotape three lessons
5. Complete two interviews with project staff
6. Follow Institutional Review Board (IRB) guidelines for ethical research
